RMI_DATASET_CROW
This active dataset is published by the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium (RMI) and provides bird profile data from 9 weather radars in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany (behel, bejab, bewid, bezav, nldhl, nlhrw, frabb, frave, deess, denhb). Data are added daily and go back to October 2019. Data are formatted in the vol2bird txt output format (example).
Nilsson et al. 2018
This historical dataset was collected for Nilsson and Dokter et al. (2019) and provides access to bird profile data for 84 European weather radars from September 19 to October 9, 2016 (21 days). This time period is characterized by strong passerine migration throughout Europe. Visualizations are included in the published deposit.
The Cajun Data Set
This historical dataset is published by Winner et al. (2022) and provides access to bird profile data for every United States weather radar scan from 1995 to 2018. Bird profile data are formatted in the cajun format.
